He's fairly adept at dealing with management and people issues, and if he couldn't deal with them, he would employ suitable people to finish the job. He puts on an angelic public persona but is rather childish and lazy behind closed doors or with people he trusts (he has trust issues, ok, beauty comes with lots of trouble!!!).
HOW CAN THEY HELP? He... is good at administration (he doesn't like it tho, so unless it's necessary, he probably wouldn't volunteer for it), he can use the sword proficiently, and is well-educated, otherwise he's pretty content to laze around, ha ha ha. He's also kinda useless in self-care, but he has experience being posted to outpost camps, so he would probably be okay tbh, he's just lazy to do it himself if someone else would offer to help him provided that they're not trying to climb onto his bed or kill him.
GOALS Improve his self-confidence and find a goal for himself now that he's away from the almighty Emperor. Make friends, learn new things and... vacation???
