It's always been his dream to be an idol, so he likes doing this.
He's the son of a village chief, but he would rather you know him as the second guy in the pic.
If your character is younger than him (he's only 21...), this is probably what the CR will look like.
There's more to Rinne in his journal but he doesn't want anybody to know any of that shit. I can't wait for him to drive obnoxious-looking trucks safely and make inappropriate announcements on the network.
Rinne's probably setting up a casino or nightclub at some point. Or maybe a

i think so too. i completely forgot to say rinne enjoys sports and games of chance because it's the only time shit isn't a guaranteed win for him. so there's that. pls hang out with him, kofuku. he'll probably love it.
